Draft. These documents are not final. Text in [brackets] is filled in once the business details are set, and a lawyer should review everything before paid plans launch.

Accessibility

Last updated September 24, 2026

We want everyone on your team to be able to use the Service, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we check new features against it before they ship.

What we do

  • Every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.
  • Forms have labels, and errors are announced to screen readers.
  • Menus and dialogs use native HTML elements where possible.
  • Text and controls are designed for strong color contrast.
  • Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 200 percent and on small screens.

Known limitations

  • The rich-text editor comes from a third-party library. Some toolbar menus may not announce every change to every screen reader.
  • How a copied email looks depends on the email program it is pasted into.

Tell us about a barrier

If something is hard to use, email [support email] or call [Business phone]. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within five business days and can provide information in another format.
